At Primal, our goal is to achieve long-term results for our patients. We offer an exercise rehabilitation option that allows us to take treatment outside of the treatment room and onto the gym floor. Exercise rehabilitation not only allows our Practitioners to address the root of the pain source but offers our patients the ability to safely strengthen weak muscles and reduce any imbalances that may be contributing to the injury.

60 min. Exercise Rehabilitation $120 +HST

*Individual at-home rehabilitative care plans are available after a minimum of one exercise rehabilitation session. These plans begin at $60.
